I understand that my booking is not secured until a confirmation has been received from a member of the Hall Committee.

I understand and agree that a cash bond of $100 is payable upon booking and will be returned to me once all keys are returned and the hall has been inspected.

I understand and agree that if the hall is not left in a clean and reasonable manner the cleaning fee or repairs will be deducted from the bond paid.
